I was requested for a fire sprinkler rough in inspection for area of work, noted that part of the areas in the scope of work, as of this entry, have been used before fire sprinkler inspections have been finaled, it appears that a fire alarm vendor has not been contacted for a site survey to verify if fire alarm modifications are required (Per the approved drawings it appears that fire alarm modifications will be required for the scope of work and there is no FIR permit in the system associated with this scope of work for fire alarm modifications) and no life fire safety inspection has been requested or performed. Remodeled areas are not to be used until the inspection process for areas of work has been completed. As mentioned, at the time of this entry no final inspections have been requested nor completed.
