Provide audio/visual devices on level 2 corridor that is missing, verify devices are in place on level 3 in same area. Provide notification in "Quite Room" on level 1. Integrate access control to fire panel for door release on general alarm. Stobe in level 3 conference room did not operate. Add notification to cover office area that is part of the common hallway area on levels 2 and 3. All devices in level 1 restrooms that have showers need to be weatherproof type devices, no seperation between showers and restroom area. Submit as-builts and have them ready for next inspection.
