FIR permit for fire sprinkler needs to be finaled before life fire safety inspection can be completed. No occupancy allowed until inspection process is complete and finaled.

2 pendant heads to close to registers, lees than 12 inches and 155 degree heads are placed. Head that was aded in juicer area is 3 5/8 inches off of wall, a minimum of 4 inches is required. Upright heads next to vetstibule entrance, northside are overspaced, upright heads are 10 on center, upright is 7 foot off of new wall and upright that was added is more than 5 foor off edge of new wall corner.
