Rough to cover inspection for area of work is complete, area of work is approved for cover. Ceiling fan is installed in front of the fire place, sprinkler head next to fan is less than 3 foot away, if fan remains then sprinkler head must comply with 8.2.5 of the 2016 NFPA13D. Annual inspection on fire sprinkler system as well as backflow inspection will be required before this scope of work can be finaled.

Per conversation with Joe Bruce, Fire Section Supervisor, a 30 day TCO is authorized for life fire safety contingent upon the wall layout on plans reflect the wall change by the breakroom. One exit sign is in a different location as well as one exit sign missing, occupant load is under 49 according to permit details, exit signs are not required but if approved drawings show exit signage then exit signage will be required per architects design, a follow up inspection will be required after city approved plans are corrected.
