South emergency exit for parking garage is interfaced with the access control, door cannot be access controled due to the door being the second emergency exit for the parking garage. Emergency exit signs need to be installed in discussed locations. Provide building fire and evacuation plans in each apartment unit per note number 11 of building permit fire code review noted.
