Fire alarm failed final inspection, FIR permit for fire alarm system must be finaled before life fire safety can be completed. Provide one of the 3 listed no parking fire lane options as noted under note 10 of the building permit fire code review comments. Provide stairwell signage that is compliant with note number 14 of the review comments.

Areas have been adjusted due too sound levels exceeding 110db, plans need to reflect corrections. Smoke detecotr to close to wall HVAC unit, minimum 36 inches away is required. Level 3 room sounder bases did not function with general fire alarm in common areas. Provide weather proof mounting boxes for bathrooms with showers. Inspection stopped after level 3 sounder bases did not function.
