Upright head in Meeting Room C is overspaced, needs corrected. Correct head blockage in mechanical room, mech room has a duct over 48 inches that needs a head installed under, numerous heads are blocked by ductwork in mechanical room. Provide fire sprinkler protection under stairs per 8.15.3.2 of the 2016 NFPA13.
Verfiy that the sidewall heads in the "Quiet Room" meet the requirements of 8.7.4.1 of the 2016 NFPA 13 .
