- line set has rip in the insulation at the top of the wall
-supply trunk in the attic needs insulated
-crawl not finished
-insulation sheild in the attic for the water heater need to be centered around the pipe to maintain 1" clearances
-fire caulk around fireplace vent needs to be sealed
-fresh air for the furnace is terminating out the soffit and will need a fire damper or terminate side wall( WUI Zone A)
- flex runs need to be installed per Manuf. spec the inner liner needs to be taped and the outer liner needs to be zip tied. One of the flex runs for an exhaust fan was not connected and not sealed with tape
