ESC17-00954 Tracking Control1/9/20181/10/20181/10/2018 12:32:30 PMAPART
Inlet protection has been installed on DIs on Winsome @ Bogus, as well as some sandbag check dams in gutter just above inlets.

Corrections remaining:
- sweep Winsome at entrance to site
- install more construction entrance trackout pad rock.
- block vehicle access to the stormwater retention area just beyond the construction entrance
- set schedule for installing wattles per ESC plan now that mass grading is complete
ESC17-00302 General Inspection1/10/20181/10/20181/10/2018 12:29:50 PMPPART
post rainfall inspection

No trackout from site. Some small amounts of mud in gutters from storm. Overall site did well, no significant erosion or sediment blow outs.

Correction request for next 1-2 weeks:
- install new section of wattle to the west of the of the house to repair current wattles that are torn/damage.
- clean gutters once dry
- continue to require parking on street only until driveway is paved/stabilized.
ESC17-00842 General Inspection1/10/20181/10/20181/10/2018 11:45:37 AMPPASS
Post rainfall inspection.

Two rows of silt fence have been installed at outlet of basin on east side of Lancaster. No silt or sediment bypassed the controls. Street is clean and DIs to onsite retention basin are operational. At top of culdesac, slope interupting sediment control wattle have been installed to slow and treat flows on the unpaved access road. No evidence of sediment blowout.

Site RP did well to be pro-active before the storm

Corrections/general maintenance needed:
- remove sandbag and accumulated sand & sediment in the old sections of gutters downhill from the new storm drains.
- install wattles in j-hook intervals on west side of Lancaster, directly above porta-pot. A small trench was created to direct water away from the sidewalk, but RP stated he will have wattles installed.

Approved.
