Silt fence is trenched in at toe of slope along Warm Springs and also blocks construction entrance. Further uphill 3 gravel check dams have been installed to slow down and settle runoff.

No discharges or offsite hillside erosion. Some rills will need to be fixed when work resumes.

Terraces took good precautions to prevent trackout and sediment runoff today with the rain. No muddy discharges to storm drains or trackout observed.
Precautions taken:

1. East gate was locked to prevent trackout to Lysted.
2. Limited vehicle traffic to hard surfaces only
3. Employee parking areas have been resurfaced with rock and gravel to prevent trackout and creation of large mud puddles.

Compost wattles and trench with berms built in low discharge area have worked effectively. No blows out muddy running into the storm drain (which is also protected).

Tahoe Homes contractors doing well to stay off the open areas to prevent trackout.

Lined washout installed is near full and needs replacement.

Site perimeter is in good condition and no offsite discharges occuring. Permit posted and BMPs installed.

The drainage system setup to drain the puddle at construction entrance and road to Riverside Elementary has been temporarily blocked to prevent the site from inundation (the two ponds are near full and street puddle is currently contained). Drain is blocked to allow the pond levels to drop according to RP Chris.

Verbal corrections given to RP Chris -

Corrections:
1. Monitor puddle on access road to make sure it does not breach the MS4 gutter and flow down Bown to the MS4 at Parkcenter.. Unclog drain as necessary.
2. Next week need to refresh/add more heavy duty rock on the construction entrance.
