Runoff from upper portion of lot is now starting to flow down the disturbed slope and is causing a rill. Wattle is about to overflow but has trapped the mud so far.
Called RP, he is coming to clean up mud behind wattle and install a berm or wattle at top of slope to prevent water from flowing over the slope.

Site has been swept as requested, permit sign is posted on fence along State STreet. Site currently inactive. Pusher Excavation will install new construction entrance leading west out of site to the old Turner's parking lot, site currently closed to access.
Reviewed ESC plan. Setup of pipes will begin this weekend, dewatering to resume next week. Request to install sediment protection on MS4 on State Street and to check that there will be no issues or obstructions along the route of dewatering water.
