Silt fence and/or wattle is installed between pathway work area and Boise River in addition to vegetative buffer
Significant amount of transient camp trash along banks has been removed by crews.
No dewatering observed at Main Street bridge or at Ann Morrison. Concrete work in canal channel appears to be complete.
Correction:
- install more rock and/or maintain existing rock entrance at Americana Terrace.

3 PM on site conference & site preparation inspection.
Pre-construction meeting only. Construction and excavation to begin at start of February. Currently there is no discharge plan for dewatering at the moment but I informed them of dewatering permits with ACHD and additional requirements of a plan and water quality standards.
Discussed BMPs with project management team and stated that construction entrance, SWPPP signage, and inlet sediment protection must be installed.
Site to notify ESC division prior to site activation in February.
Approved. Site perimeter is clean and fenced in; yellow ESC sign posted.

Trackout at Barber Dr and Council Springs has been cleaned up. Sweeping efforts and installation of more rock at Council Springs has helped. Will need to be vigilant when entrances are activity, site is still very muddy.
No activity at time of inspecion. Inspected Council Springs work area. Silt fence and vegetated buffer protect the creek along the road up to the culvert installation. Newly installed culverts with flared outlets and rip rap will also help keep water clean and will divert foothills runoff from disturbed areas. No erosion or sedimentation issues observed at the outlets to creek.
Culvert work area check dams and diversion tube are keeping passing creek water clean. No issues observed. New check dam in creek is providing added settling time.
No corrections issued at this time.
