SWO still posted. No activity on site at time of inspection. Roadways and gutters have been cleaned. Inlet bag at Wintercamp and Arrow Villa has been maintained.

Sediment sludge visible in outlet pipe to pond and Arrow Villa and Winter Camp. Next week stormwater infrastructure is to be cleaned out by contractor per ACHD.

Observed that the aforementioned pond outlet is at the same grade or even lower that the outlet so there is very little settling time for heavy events.

No new issues observed. SWO still issued until re-inspection requested by contractor.
