follow up

Construction activity is on winter hold till April. Full walk through to be conducted, but no muddy runoff observe and BMPs are installed.

Correction needed:
- update contact info on inspection reports
- reinstall barricade. Appears there is more joyriding occuring and trackout from that.

Walk through next week.

Dumped washout next to driveway cleaned up. Reviewed washout requirements with RP. Did not see reported washout into a culvert. No other violations

NO trackout. Trash dumpster and concrete washout pan onsite. No erosion issues observed. Approved.

Met with Joel project manager for site. No activity at time of inspection.

Workers will use the existing paved parking lot adjacent to site so access to site should be limited. Site has perimter construction fence and trees to be remain have protective perimeter fences installed. Project will be scoop down 6" inches and removing existing and will replace with an improved topsoil. Additional plantings and sidewalks will be installed and steps down into Quinn's Pond.

Construction entrance installed and permit sign is posted. Turbidity curtain will be installed prior to activity along the bank of the pond. Leakproof concrete washout is to be installed prior to any concrete work.

Approved for construction.
