- concrete washout dumped at entrance of site. Evidence of slurry flow down hill towards gutter

Routine violation:
- trackout from unmaintained construction entrance

Corrections requested to Kevin w/ Roth Homes
- clean up dumped concerete to prevent further dumping
- provide new lined and leakproof washout container or pit.
- sweep up trackout
- provide new rock and maintain and widen construciton entrance.

Re-inspeciton fee issued to permit. Must be paid and ESC inspeciton requested prior to compliance or parcel hold and addition investigation fees will be assessed to site.

Biltmore project manager Pat called to state that corrections are in progress and a new compliant washout will be installed, re-inspection fees paid and a follow up conducted Friday or Monday

Corrections needed:

- trash pick up on west end of subdivsion and between the fence and the Greenbelt.
- clean up non-compliant washout that is not fully lined. Replace with above ground washout.
