Follow up to see if construction entrance has been installed and trackout situation improved.

Site is not yet in compliance. Continued trackout and mud on Shelley after initial set up.

After talking with Ken from Andersen I have waived requirement for construction entrance as Shellie street and entrace to developement will be graded and prepped for paving on Monday next week as well as curbing & gutters installed.

I requested that until then street sweeping will be required to clean up trackout on Shellie

RP came to site to pick up litter across the street and behind home as requested. Silt fence will be removed by end of the week and sidewalk swept and wattles or other BMPs installed.

Litter pick us was thorough. Need to empty container by end of week as well.

Initial response to CN has been good. Will monitor conditions.

Correction request to Knife River to restrict access on that entrance due to the wet conditions and no vehicle tracking pad.

Corrections not yet complete. Weather conditions making sweeping difficult.

Street shoulders are still very dirty and do not appear thoroughly swept. Construction entrances have not yet be repaired/turned over. Some sweeping did occur however as stated. New mud clod trackout from laydown yard (due to entrance conditions) through neighborhood to Council Springs entrance also needs cleaning.

Will check back. Extremely muddy and difficult conditions. Storm drains do filter bag protection but no sheet flow runoff occuring currently.

Somerset Ridge BMPs installed and open lots have sediment containment wattles at curb aprons. Some trackout from open lots by unauthorized use/joyriders has occured, may need construction fencing on lots on Heaven's Way where it is more frequent; but there is more winter road sand than track out. As weather improves and the two homes on Heaven's Way are complete, will require street sweeper.



Drop inlet bags need maintenance and reinstall.
CN issued SFHs to clean up the wind blown trash from their waste bins.

No hillside erosion or muddy runoff occuring.

Trash and material mostly contained, workers currently onsite parking on street. Wattle lines most of sidewalk containing sediment. No hillside erosion or discharges, but there are some violations.

Corrections needed:

Construction related vehicle drove across adjacent open space and tracked out mud and damaged the soil surface. Need to clean up sidewalk and prohibit further use and repair damaged area.

Pick up windblown trash across the street.

Coordinate with Jayo & Syringa to empty sediment bags in drop inlets
