Met with Rhett and Jim with Granite.

Reviewed corrections:
- once Track is complete, the entire silt fence perimeter will be reinstalled
- clean/sweep road and remove debris collected in gutter.
- change out/maintain all DI bags, install new sediment bag on east side of Teresa.
- need to install additional berms and controls to prevent muddy flow occuring on the curve of the road .
- install silt fences at the intersection

Will start working on maintenance and clean up issues this week and will provide update on the rest.

Dirty runoff is being captured in an open utility trench, flowing through storm drain pipe to another trench closer to Warm Springs and when trench is full flows under Teresa towards the outlet. No flow observed beyond the first gravel check dam plase east of Teresa in the drainage ditch. Will continue to monitor closely.
ESC18-00983 General Inspection1/27/20201/28/20201/28/2020 5:12:37 PMPPART
No offsite discharges, BMPs installed

Corrections needed:
- clean up and maintain check dams at bottom of slope and between road. Requested that installation be inspected to make sure the center has a v-notch to prevent water from flowing around check dam.

- install new slope diversion berm at top of slope to reduce size of puddle holding area just above the large rill on the slope.

Notified Steve, he said corrections have been ordered. Follow up scheduled for next week.
