SWO is being obeyed, but there is a failed wattle below culdesace entrance that is allowing some sediment to flow in storm drain and pond.
Corrections:
1. Fix wattle by adding additional trenched wattle
(a diversion channel may also be helpful to divert flow away from roady.)
2. Empty DI bag when runoff has stopped.

Verbal CN to RP contact Eric Allen to place check dams in channel that has developed and additional wattles/silt fencing to filter out sediment as much as possible before runoff enters gutter.
Check downstream DI's on Toluka and Windsong for sediment accumulation and make corrections as necessary.
