Loose trash, full trash containers, and debris all over west side of BV townhomes phase 3 and around all active work areas.

Two wood and plastic dump piles in staging aree need to be hauled away with trash pick this week. Brighton Homes clean up employee will need to address this area.

WIP on BV townhomes phase 4/5. No trackout or discharges observed. Trash containers onsite. Lots of dirt in gutters. Sediment bags installed on drains.

RP for Brighton Homes onsite. Notified that this week a new employee will be hired to focus on trash pick up, gutter sweeping, and BMP maintenance full time at the BV townhome projects.

Will check next week for improved trash pickup. No trash along Walling Creek, but within site lots of potential for wind blown litter.

With full time clean up person, will waive request to install fencing unless trash in creek banks becomes issue.

Review City and EPA permit conditions regarding trash control and housekeeping.

Perimeter in good condition in regards to larger wind blown trash.

Request to pick up trash along Parkcenter across the street from project where workers have been parking. Request to pick up trash within the fence in between the two buildings where trash channels.

Site to rent or acquire lawn mower with bag suction to collect the little foam balls and bits stuck in the grass. Will notify BPR.
