Complaint received regarding trackout and excessive mud on sidewalk.

Site has some minor trackout, mainly from boot traffic. Mud is very sticky in this area and also wet at the time, making conditions very difficult to keep clean.

RP stated job is swept and cleaned at end of each day, which is evident due to lack of large accumulations. Will re-inspect site next week to see if any further clean up or street sweeping should be required.

Needs to be swept. Assuming homeowner will be doing landscaping - will check back for conditions.

BMPS installed include:

- Rock construction entrance installed

- leakproof concrete washout will be utilized
- ESC plan and inspection log on site in trailer

Construction commenced prior to site prep, but site is in good condition with BMPs; out of town contractor is now aware of the site prep requirement for future reference.
