Majority of mass grading is complete. Berms and ditches to be installed on top of ridge to divert water away from slopes. Slopes have had topsoil spread and horizontally tracked.

Next week installation of wattles is to begin. Wattles to be installed every 25 vertical feet on slopes. Will use heavy duty bark wattles. Wattles MUST be trenched in 2-3 inches, staked every4-5 ft, and have overlapping ends. Inspection scheduled to check on installation next week. After wattles are installed, hydroseeding will be completed on all disturbed areas to be inactive for stabilization. Should be near the end of October. Pipe work will begin in November for sewer & water. Request to beef up construction entrance at that time to prevent trackout. Large stockpiles at top and bottom of site must be tacified once fully inactive. RP to review stabilization requirements of 2.2 in CGP 2017.

No trackout, wind blown dust, loose trash, or discharges observed. Follow up scheduled.
