No significant dust at time of inspection, but met with HV Road resident to discuss issues. The wind is really picking up a lot of dust not only from the East Valley Sub but from the graded area on the west side of the road.

Appears work in this area is complete - checking the schedule. Plan is to issue CN to developer to stabilize with a tacifier or hydroseed mix.

All stormdrains have DI bags that have remaining capacity. These can remain until all SFH construction is complete. Old washout has been moved, new washout installed for new foundations. The lots on westend are ready for excavation soon. No corrections.
