Correction request: - prevent exit from Milbrook to Parkcenter. No stabilized entrance and is starting to cause track out. Posted sign to use Brookridge exit and blocked road.
Developer also stated he would assist in blocking entrance, call Hunter and Tahoe RPs as well. Developer to have plastic sheet removed from creek on south side of Parkcenter.

Inspection after weekend rains, 72 hr totat at BOI was 0.26. Relatively low intensity rains.
No sediment runoff issues to impervious surfaces, hillside and hydroseed/tacifier seems to have kept soil in place. No sediment accumulation observed in stormwater facilities.
pending verbal correction requests - need to remove debris piles and old washout containers in lower staging area prior to SFH construction.
Install wattles and/or hydroseed & tacifier mix around the disturbed slopes around the Council Springs culvert. Okay to remove cross channel silt fence.
Working with Hunter Homes to implement an annual permit with single SWPPP for Harris North SFHs to save review time and excess paperwork. Status is pending.
