Exterior construction activities at relocated and remodeled historic home is complete. Yard is landscaped and stabilized and surrounded by white picket fence. Rear parking area is paved and striped. No loose materials or temp BMPs on site. BLD still open; ESC condtions satisfied.

Earth disturbing phase of construction complete. New garage structure is erect and within vegetated and fenced yard. Homeowner project. No further ESC inspections required.

All parcels nearly occupied. New SFHs by Hayden Still occuring on Overland, Florida, and Baserri.

Correction reminders to Hayden Homes' RP Tom. Pick up windblown trash along south side of creek. Remember to remove all temporary DI bags when homes along drainage path are complete and stabilized.

Frame of SFH complete. No trackout or materials running offsite. Access driveway is complete and used for loading and worker parking. No corrections requested.

WIP on SFHs in DHE #14. No trackout outside of subdivision or onto main streets. Alley ways are muddy in some places but will be swept upon drying. All storm drains have sediment filters installed.

Correction request:
- prevent exit from Milbrook to Parkcenter. No stabilized entrance and is starting to cause track out. Posted sign to use Brookridge exit and blocked road.

Developer also stated he would assist in blocking entrance, call Hunter and Tahoe RPs as well. Developer to have plastic sheet removed from creek on south side of Parkcenter.

Inspection after weekend rains, 72 hr totat at BOI was 0.26. Relatively low intensity rains.

No sediment runoff issues to impervious surfaces, hillside and hydroseed/tacifier seems to have kept soil in place. No sediment accumulation observed in stormwater facilities.

pending verbal correction requests - need to remove debris piles and old washout containers in lower staging area prior to SFH construction.

Install wattles and/or hydroseed & tacifier mix around the disturbed slopes around the Council Springs culvert. Okay to remove cross channel silt fence.

Working with Hunter Homes to implement an annual permit with single SWPPP for Harris North SFHs to save review time and excess paperwork. Status is pending.
