Landscaping materials, stockpiles of vegetated dirt, and some cement chunks are on the parcel. Landscaping is being controlled by the HOA not Prestige Homes.
Materials are stored on flat lot well away from road and stormwater conveyances. Will continue to monitor for issues, but lots will soon be cleared for building and landscapers will collect their items.
