Trackout complaint called in 10/19 for Molenaar Park project. Inspect for clean up and condition of construction entrance.

Some trackout has occured but appears that street has been swept since time of complaint as there was no significant accumulations. Parking lot will soon be paved, thus eliminating tracking problem. Will continue to monitor and will request maintainacne on the current rock stabilized entrance if parking lot is not to be completed within the next few weeks. No other issues observed.

Wattle installed has kept sediment on site, no sediment runoff observed. Trash container has capacity workers need training on use though as there is bottles, wrappers, and other items strewn about the lot and wood boards and debris in gutter and roadway.

DI bag installed, no material spills or discahrges. Just need to improved housekeepnig, erosion and sediment control currently okay.

Permit sign is posted with contact information. Sediment control perimeter wattles have been installed at toe of slope and existing woodplank fence as well along west property line.

Due to clay soils and issues it may cause with foundation (engineered slab), significant offhauling of dirt and subsequent infill will be first phase of project.

Once this is complete, lined washout pit will be installed as well as construction entrance. Approved for excavation.

Afton foundtion and vertical to begin in coming weeks. Site walk-through/prepartation requsted by Jason with Andersen.

Site walk through and SWPPP plan review. Entrance to site will be on 9th street (one way only) and exit onto River Street. Construction rock entrance will be installed and all DIs on River between 8th and 9th will have sediment bags (both sides of street).

Approved to not install perimeter controls along north property line as indicated on map. Sheet flow drainage is to the north and curbing is installed at the west end.

Project currently in process of testing soil and airborne lead levels to determine proper remediation. Once process is determined, Jason will have BMPs (including designated lined washout pit or container) installed and will schedule inspection.

Note - groundwater recently measure at 7-9 feet, per Jason footings go 4 ft so no dewatering is planned.
