Somerset Ridge does not have any current erosion or sediment runoff issues. Wattles are installed on vacant lots and downstream drop inlet has adequate filter bag capacity. Two SFHs are currently in progress. Contractors are staying off vacant lots.

Berm is complete and parcel owner lives on property in trailer. Trees and bushes have been planted around the property. The permit is still posted and the MIS grading permit is still open, so will leave ESC open for the time being to cover any ongoing earth moving activity.

Frame of home is up. Exterior finish, interior work and landscaping are not yet complete. Vegetated berm has been kept in tact along much of the perimeter; below the house on Draco there are fiber wattles installed at the toe of the slope. Some wattles have been removed for loading purposes and there is minor trackout to sidewalk. Stormdrain has DI bag. Permit posted. Approved. Just need to continue good housekeeping practices.

Rainfall inspection of Mill District Square.
Washout contents are staying contained in lined pit and not running off with stormwater. Water flowing into filter bags is visually clear with sediment being trapped at edges of inlet and in silt sack. No trackout or other issues. Site is "weathering" the storm well.
