Uncontained masonry cement mix station next to gutter. Gutter has dirt, mud, and cementitious materials. MS4 inlet does have filter inlet bag; concete washout bins are being utilized.

Onsite inspection and verbal correction request to RP Jim:
- clean up gutter, sweep staging lane within fence
- install checkdam sand bags to trap materials on the surface for easy maintenance.
- coir mat filter on top of inlet in additon to filter bag could add protection.
- increase sweepig of the area to 3-4 x a week

Jim agreed and started getting crew to make corrections and clean. Will re-inspect early next week

- have crew walk length of 8 mile creek/ditch path and pick up windblown construction and employee trash that has accumulated along the silt fence and bank vegetation. He agreed and will have crew pick up trash next week. Will check next Friday. Brett said it shall be done.

Pedestrian bridge is installed and open for use. Pathways connecting Peppermill to Peconic & Gatewood is complete and shoulders have been hydromulched. Silt fence perimeter is still installed along 8 mile creek, which is no longer carrrying irriagtion water. New grass swale is established and perimeter control removed.

Correction request to developer and CBH
- pick up windblown trash from construction sites and activity along the creek bank and silt fence.

Permit sign posted, road widening of Mitchell in progress as well as prep for concrete curbing and connection to storm water facilities.. MS4 on Victory has sediment filter bag installed a. No trackout to Victory or sediment runoff to sidewalk. No fugitive dust observed, water truck onsite.

Due to activity, construction entrance is not in good condition and there is trackout to Mitchell on the south entrance.

Verbal Correction Request to RP-developer Scott to ensure that crews sweep up all trackout to Mitchell to prevent muddy water on road and as courtesy to neighbors south of project. RP agreed to request and stated he will make sure it is swept.
