Inpspection 10/25 PM

No trackout at either the upper or lower entrance. No muddy discharges or consistent fugitive dust issues observed.

Areas that are at grade have stabilization measures implemented, including tracking, slope interupting wattles, and hydroseeding. There are not many signs of growth yet in hydroseeded areas.

Lots in the finished areas have been terraced and have earthen berm containments to retain water on site. Roadway bases have been compacted but do not yet have pit run due to some pending ACHD approvals. To slow any water that may be flowing down the roads, 1.5 ft check dam/water bars have been installed.
Areas that have been tracked will be hydoseeded this week, including above the new outlet pipe from the lower pond.

The site will continue winterization and installation of pipes and is hoping to begin work on the lower stormwater dams but they have not yet been approved by ACHD. If not approved, will need to consider additional temporary retention ponds and volume and velocity controls.

The sewer access road and area where drill rig did test holes will need stabilization measures if the ponds are not approved prior to the 1st week of November.
