Onsite inspection with RP-GC Andy. Permit sign posted; perimeter wattles and vegetated strip left to contain site. Excavator to install construction entrance. Storm drain west of site has inlet protection. Top soil layer has been grubbed and is stockplile in back corner. Irrigation ditch is dry for winter season and will be tiled with 10" pipe.
Approved for construciton, no vertical construction. BLD permits for units to submitted soon.

Trackout observed Friday has been swept out of the drive lanes on Canal but there is still lots of dirt in the median and in the gutter at entrance.
RP Tom, now onsite. Stated he will have it reswept and push brooms in the gutter. Entrance has angular rock but needs to be turned over because it is now compacted.
Will check for follow up Tuesday PM.
