Corrective actions to occur:
- install wattle around stockpiles along 5th street sidewalk. Will need to be weighed down in areas where staking is not possible.
- install wattle at low point between sidewalk and alley (NW corner of lot) to treat runoff flowing to the Sherman street gutter
- install snake bag check dam on Sherman gutter
- clean Sherman gutter
- if stockpiles can not be backfill by end on November, will need to cover with tarps.
