Dust Complaints.

Removal of excess stockpile from foundation excavation and boulder removal is still in progress. Water is now available at site and garden hose was being used to spray down stockpile prior to loading dumptruck at time of inspection. During boulder excavation a water truck was onsite.

Some localized dust occuring due to this loading activity but no continuous plumes. Water suppression appeared to be working.

Significant dust at time of inspection from concrete saw cutting foundation for utility installations. Request that either same hose or new hose be used for wet cutting of the concrete. Noted that this is also an occupational hazard. Employee said all saw cutting was now complete. Informed RP and GC to provide this subcontractor water for saw cutting as much as practicable.

Yellow permit sign is posted, no trackout. Street and gutter have been cleaned/swept regularly. Dust control needs improvement. Warning issued.

RP/GC stated that all excess dirt will be gone by Thursday. ESC crew to install silt fence perimeter below slopes areas where dirt has been spread/graded and hydroseed. Follow up inspection scheduled for Thursday PM

Construction and site development in progress on south-east side of site. North west and main entrance is now paved, partially landscaped, and some units are occupied. No significant spills, loose trash or dust issues observed. Concrete washout pan located near unpaved construction entrance. Landscaping around open irrigation ditch area has not yet started. Water still flowing in ditch. The outlet to Loggers Creek has been re-routed in a lined channel to stay on The District Property. Water looks clear and does not appear to be loading sediment from construction acitivity.

Corrections:
- Sweep up apron to Parkcenter or have plan to install trackout controls . Provide paving schedule
- Curb cut inlet to new swale along Parkcenter need cleaning/mainteance.

Exterior of BSU Alumni buiding is complete. Some interior work and approvals are pending. BLD open.

Site is landscaped, parking lot and permanent storm water system (permeable pavers) are installed. No loose dirt, debris, or other construction materials remaining on site. No sediment filter bags remain. DI on Denver and University is still appears to have drainage issues. New DI on Belmnt has had temp BMP removed. No further ESC corrections or requests. ESC permit conditions satisfied.
