Follow up to 9/13 to corrective actions:

- landscaping crews have finished work at site with landscaping along road shoulders complete and large common areas sodded and trees planted. All stockpiles and work that occured in road has been swept and clean.

- slopes and perimeter areas not landscaped have been hydroseeded

- wattles have been installed on disturbed slope between parcels and golf course

- channel above riprap has had hydroseeding and landscaping down uphill to slow and decrease runoff volumen and velocity.

- illicit washout on slope behind Bramere monument sign has been cleaned. Area has now been hydroseeded and wattles installed.

Site is in good condition and in compliance.
