Road shoulder and gutter was swept as requested, wattles are still not trenched in and there is no other controls. Gravel bag check dam needs cleanup and replacement since it has been driven over.

WIP on grading and moving fill from ridge to lower areas of subdivsion phase. Water wagons circulating with belly scrapers, no fugitive dust clouds leaving site. NO trackout from site access points. A water diversion trench has been installed at botton of canyon and Eyrie Way to direct any runoff coming down into the stormwater/sediment retention pond.
Ridge work is being conducted per protocol, 2-3 foot shelf left to prevent and rockfall or clods from rolling down hill. Safety fence appears in good condition, area of slope disturbance from water truck misfire has had ECBs and slope interupting wattles installed.
Approved, site is in compliance.

- re-install and maintain wattles on slopes
- pick up loose trash and foam insulation blocks on site and around the perimeter and in adajent properties. Contain or haul off trash pile.
- sweep loose dirt on road surface below the silt fence on Twilight.
Verbal correction request to RP Tim. He stated they will begin clean up this evening. Follow up scheduled for next Tuesday.
