New channel for Warm Springs Creek is now complete and is in the process of being prepped for installation of turf reinforcement matting (TRM) installation along the bottom of the channel as well as seeding and placement of coconut and jute matting along the upper sections of the banks. The TRM will be covered in rip rap in some areas.
Work is supposed to resume next week. No trackout from site staging areas, no correction requests issued.

No construction activity at Eyrie Canyon phase #9. Temporary construction access road is complete and has rock entrance. Will monitor for future trackout issue. Receiving storm drain on Eyrie Way has sediment protection.
Hills have established vegetation, no new erosion spots or sediment runoff issues identified. Subdivision ESC team has installed new wattle check dams and silt fence line retention areas along the sides of Arrow Villa leading up to Winter Camp. This area has also had a fiber matrix erosion control application in this area.
Lined concrete washout has been provided for phase #9 SFHs, which have yet to start. No corrections requested at this time, will conduct inspection after next significant rain event.

WIP on 3 SFHs on Goshawk by Canyon Crest, trash contained at each site.
Storm drains have maintained sediment filter bags installed and a lined concrete washout provided.
No trackout or dust issues observed at time of inspection. One of two lots at end of culdesac should soon be under construction. No corrections requested at this time.
