Permit sign posted, down hill MS4 inlet on Windsong has sediment filter bags installed. Sidewalk, street and gutter have been swept though stain from concrete truck is visible. Needs further sweeping.

Perimeter control wattles installed at edge of pavement and on down hill side of lot. Concrete washout was utilized.

Correction request:
sweep up sediment and rocks in gutter, work on spill clean up.
