WIP on rough grading at Highlands Cove. Future road route now graded from Highland View to Braemere. Site entrance and SWPPP information located on Highland View. Inpsections performed weekly by site RP and developer.

Dust control system and equipment is still on site and being utilized. No dust issues observed, no complaints received.

After rough grading, the plan is to hydroseed slopes areas in the last week of October.

No corrections at this time. Site ESC controls per plan are in effect. Approved.

Correction from last request has been completed, area around washout has been cleaned. Excess dirt and debris hauled away.

The road from Arrow Villa to Silver Crest through phase #9 is now complete. Newly installed storm drain inlets have been fitted with coir mat sediment filters. VSI recently hydroseeded distrubed road shoulders and bank slopes between terraced parcels. With precipitation the seed should grow well and has organic soil improvements and binders in the seed mixture.

Lower entrace drainage has sediment control wattles installed in intervals .

Correction recommendation:
- upper areas toward Silver Crest should have perimeter wattles strategically insstalled at potential sheet flow runoff points.

Site currently in good condition but should be inspected during the rainfall forcasted next week to identifiy potential issues.

No trackout to Saxton or State or into complete retail area. Concrete washout and liquid waste pans are provided. Silt fence along northwest property line is still installed and trenched properly. Large stockpile has now been removed.
