Note: upper pond was not muddy, water running down the east Warm Springs Mesa drainage is muddy as it joins the slough and stormwater facilites at bottom of Hill and outleting to Walling Creek. This indicates significant erosion is occuring in the drainage. Will notify ACHD and Boise Public Works.
