Dewatering still ongoing for sewer installation.

System modification on Tuesday 10/31 did not work due to outlet manhole being at higher elevation that other irrigation line outlets.

Outlet pipe is blocked and pump has been inserted in manhole to suck water out and discharge to Millwell phase II stormwater infiltration pond.

Some turbid discharges still occuring at outlet to Spoil Banks Canal. Turbidity testing directly at outlet had 260 NTU.

Once pump started, flow out of outlet nearly stopped completely, water is being discharged to pond was clear, but does have occassional high turbidity levels due to activity in trench and in onsite ditch/settling area.

Do not think further discharges will occur due to capacity of pond.
