Rough grading and compaction has been completed at Riverheights #6. Trenches for utilities are in progress. ESC BMPs included permit signage, stabilized construction entrance, discharge point silt fence sediment containment, and an earthen berm at toe of slope to prevent runoff and allow stormwater to pond and infiltrate onsite. No BMP violations or issues observed at this time.
