No trackout or discharges offsite. Site perimeter fence is containing windblown litter and controlling access. All stormdrains and sediment bag inlets installed.

Correction:
- house keeping around site should improve. Trash containers are provided but there is lots of litter around townhomes and in the gutter. Significant amounts of stucco material and washout in gutter and street as well as sawdust, both are potential polluntants when mixed with stormwater and drain the stormwater system. Site needs regular broom sweeping to control accumulations.

No corrections at this time, no DI bags have been removed yet from site, RP stated they will all be pulled at once after final stabilization of all disturbed areas and removal of materials.

WIP on paving parking lot today and tomorrow the Shosone and Sunrise Rim utility trenches will be asphalted.

DI bags on existing storm drains are installed and in good condition. Reqeusted that some mud near landscaping area (NE corner by Applebees) be cleaned and RP agreeed to send crew there today. No discharges or spills, next week will all hard surfaces installed there will be significantly less of a trackout problem.

Will continue to monitor.

Significant trackout occuring on Brundage Ave due to active landscaping. Muddy conditions are making it difficult. Hayden Homes and Eaglewood Homes will have developer order street sweeper.

No spills or areas of sediment runoff from open parcels observed.

Employees parking on paved surfaces, all storm drain inlets have sediment bags installed, and a designated lined washout is being utilized and has remaining capacity. Soon road/sidewalk medians will be landscaped stabilized so trackout will be less of problem. Trash and materials are contained at sites.
