WIP on installing hillside erosion controls, including slope intercepting wattles, horizontal tracking, hydromulch application, and erosion control blankets.

Wattles are staked down, but in some areas were not trenched in, potentially due to frozen ground or rough/steep terrain. Some tenting of the ECB is observable but it is staked down and should prevent raindrop erosion.

Construction entrance has been lengthened and sand bag sediment check dams installed to trap dirt on the side of the development.

Extensive amount of labor and materials utilized, will monitor performance during next precipitation to identify any issues.

Request to prohibit fence crew and ESC installation crew from driving on grass off Sunset Peak Rd.

Project tentatively set to begin October 2017. Seperate ESC permits and SWPPP to be submitted.

All construction of Esther Simplot Park is complete. This ESC permit to remain open to monitor the unfinished area between parking lot, River and canal intake structure. Area may require additional stabilization or ground cover but currently is compacted earth and river rock. Hydroseeding did not establish. Water could potentially flow out of this area by the intake structure, currently a sediment control wattle has been installed.

No other corrections needed, all temporary BMPs have been removed and other disturbed areas stabilized.
