grading outside of limits of disturbance??

Contractor has land use agreement with parcel owner that after staging they would flatten the stockpile on lot. It is graded flat but not compacted or ready for any future construction.

Correction requests:
- once all staging is complete, site should be inspected for trash & litter removal
- disturbed area must be hydroseeded.
- sweep up trackout to Elder

DId not observe any stockpiling along existing homeowner fence lines.

ESC Division had been previously notified the stockpile (much of which was pre-existing) would be flatened. May need to increase project area of disturbance, investigation pending.

Mud tracked on Walnut and Krall by framers. No stabilized construction access or rock, low lying lot also very muddy spot.

Correction request:
- clean up mud and especially all mud clods in both streets
- once framing is up, restrict access to muddy areas.
- install gravel bag check dam in gutter just south of the portapot and north of Franklin.

Corrections issued to GC Sean on 11/16 PM. Follow up to be conducted.

Pool complete. ESC permit for home still covering remaining cleanup. No ESC corrections.
