Approved for construction, BMPs installed in Harris Crossing and new silt fence installed to protect the new home construciton on the east side of Caddis. New lined concrete washout installed. DI bags with remaining capacity.

Minor corrections:
- stake down all four corners of concrete washout lining
- continue to have periodic scheduled street sweep. Once every 2 weeks or as necessary to control trackout.

Correction:
- pick up wind blown trash and construction wrappings that have blown down Signal Rock and accumulated in the weeds along the south side of Warm Springs (river side). This trash pick up should occur regularly (1x week) because the wind whips down the hill and blows everything in that area.

No construction activity at time of inpsection. Foundation was recently poured and a lined concrete washout box (Outpack) was utilized. No spills or leaks.

Site staging/parking area is utilizing existing paved area so no trackout issues. Silt fence installed along Bown Street is keeping west side of project contained. No activity in the swale overflow channel area next to Greenbelt with no loose sediment or disturbed area in channel. Site utilities are now installed so dewatering phase is complete and frack tank has been removed.

Permit sign posted, no corrections at this time.
