Work to begin next week. Reviewed ESC permit conditions with Dave. Low risk addition. Access via alley and section of fence removal.

Home complete, landscaped, and occupied. All permits finaled, no ESC corrections or issues. Temp BMPs to remain during active SFH constrcution at 23rd Place

BLD finaled and hillside bond issued. Yard is not yet stabilized but roof top storm water management is installed and should not have significant runoff down steep yard areas. Will continue to monitor. Home is occcupied.

Corrections needed:

- reinstall silt fence sections not properly trenched in

rescheduled for 11/21

Report of muddy water discharge from water line and utility work flowing to storm drains

Water from trench was discharged to street without treatmnet. RP was alerted and instructed water to be directed to the new pond.

Corrections:
- clean up aroun inlet on Boulder Heights where mud has accumulated.
- sweep all streets and gutters around Trent Point entrance and work area.
- log corrective action report in SWPPP

No significant changes since prior inspection. No corrections requested at this time. No new erosion rills or sediment runoff issues found or reported. WIP by landscape crew at Harris North entrance.

Construction complete on access roads for Emerald Station as well as grading and site work. New project on the southwest parcel is in progress. See ESC16-00676

WIP on foundation. Concrete washout pans provided onsite. Perimeter sediment controls and construction entrances installed. No fugitive dust, trackout, or discharges observed. Approved.
