Will install large lined berm at bottom of road to direct all runoff into the retention pond. Pond overflow to be capped and pond level monitored.

Additional lot soil roughening and berms to be added on lots along Eyrie. Upper area should remain undisturbed other than some stormwater volume and velocity controls

RP had wattles installed around the disturbed area from recent utility work and will be hydroseeded.

Lots above Arrow Villa should not hold water close to the ridge above existing homes, but should allow water to flow towards the unfinished road for storage and infiltration there.

No violations observed, RP requested curbing crew to demand concrete truck drivers use lined washout facility for all washout activiities.

Met with GC Walt for site walk-through inspection.

ESC permit sign posted, construction access installed. Vegetation along the Highland View perimeter has been preserved. Low spot has the subdivsion infiltration swale already installed and some boulders are being stored there.

Washout will be provided prior to any foundation work. After excavation, additional road mix employee parking area will be installed.

Rear slope will be regraded and tracked after removing trees and old fence. The parcel has a vegetated lower area that will be undisturbed and act as vegetative buffer. Follow up inspection scheduled after excavation/earh work is to be completed.
