WIP on final stages of grading. Slopes are in process of horizontal tracking, an erosion control technique. No trackout or discharges off site.

Corrective actions:
- install wattle on section of berm on the cut ridge. Contact inspector for details.
- block entrances or get new construction entrance rock installed to prevent any trackout from crews and trespassers alike.

WIP on 4 units at North HIll Townhomes/Hill Terrace. Storm drains have sediment protection, trash contained, crew onsite sweeping up some trackout onto Hill Terrace.
