Corrections needed:

- pick up windblown trash on hillsides and open areas around perimeter. Specific correction to Kyle regarding trash between Hootowl and Grebe , down the hill from the homes on the ridge
- Install heavy duty construction entrance in phase 4 (top of hill) so stockpiling can still occur in this area w/o trackout. Request for either check dams or silt fence next construction entrance to prevent turbid runoff down Barber. Landon to notify ESC division of solution.

- fix wattles at the entrance to the subdivsion @ Barber & Harris Ranch Road where there is access to Penitentiary Canal and old mobile home site.

- repairs, earthwork, and monitoring off runoff still needs to occur in the Trapper runoff & rip rap zone that is in the gulch above the midway stormwater pond adjacent to the fire access road to Council Springs Creek. Syman Co. did install some wattle check dam sections just below the riprap to capture sediment and slow down runoff. Work in progress, discuss possible retention/sedimentation area just above this stormwater feature.

Follow up inspection scheduled for next week.

Home complete and landscaped. DI bag removed from storm drain. ESC permit finaled.

- clean out and maintain DI bags on Sandpoint and Broadstone. Drain in front of lot 22, block 2 has had bag drop to bottom of sump. Other DI protection is full.
- install controls to control erosion and sediment runoff from lot 9, block 2 to Sandpoint.
