WIP on individual parcels. No runoff from site. Snowmelt ponded on open parcels. No trackout to Warm Springs or discharges into the landscaped canal bed/decorative waterway (Penn Canal not currently flowing).

Staging trailers are still on site and interior work in progress. No exterior excavation or disturbance. No stormwater pollution sources observed at time of inspection. No corrections at this time. Should be getting close to completion.

Correction to sweep/shovel collected sediment in gutter on Draco has not yet been completed. JH RP has to hit this site in addition to Birdsong this week now that weather has cleared and ground/dirt is not frozen.

Construction entrance rock was brought to site but was not installed where contractors accessing lot. Tracked out dirt all the way down Old Hickory.

Need to sweep up at current entrance and collect large dirt clods. Main problem is that the official entrance to parcel off Barber Dr. has not been cut yet.

RP notified issue and needs to clean up before Wednesday.

No sediment runoff onto hard surfaces and streets in East Valley after the snow has melted. Perimter fiber compost rolls are installed and have trapped sediment. In addition, at low areas at settling trench and earthen berm has been installed. No trackout to Warm Springs, no dewatering occuring.

Approved, no corrections at this time. Phase 2 has not started yet.

Permit posted. Excavator onsite. No structural BMPs due to flat lot and DI's have existing protection. RP is working on maintaining the concrete washout.
