ESC19-00082 Conference11/25/201911/25/201911/25/2019 11:25:08 AMPDONE
Winterization walk through conference with RP James

Construction access: pit run & sand has been placed on the main driveway and garage floor for delivery and unloading and staging. Workers will park on street. Discussed providing stabilized/gravel manwalk or boot brush to help clean mud off boots instead of in gutter

Concrete washout: Ecopan onsite for remaining pours. Be sure to keep access open during concrete placement days

Trash around site is picked up regularly. No loose trash around perimeter. Recommend placement of a trash box or containers within the garage due to windy location of home.

Stockpile above home is to be backfilled next week according to schedule. Will include berms and directional barriers to manage run-on and prevent runoff from disturbed area going over the cliff towards trail

Sediment control wattles are to be installed down gradient of main driveway at the site's lowspot. The silt fence will not be trenched but will be repaired and erected to help prevent trash from blowing offsite.

Request to install wattle along the toe of the slope of the graded area uphill from main driveway. Will leave entrance and have a 1" sidewalk walk edge to reduce trackout and keep sidewalk clean.

RP states sediment control wattles will be installed before Thursday. Considering using compost/bark wattles instead of straw due to rocky ground and deer eating straw.
