Western Trailer parking lot has had initial grading and site work completed. Talked to the project manager for Western Trailer and he informed me the project is currently shut down for winter and will resume once conditions improve for asphalt and cement work.

Permit posted, site surrounded by trenched in perimeter wattles. No trackout or other ESC issues/discharges. Approved.

Barber Valley townhome site is in progress including onsite utility/stormwater/sewer work and the off-site power line trench to the northwest of site.

No trackout from either locations, equipment is kept on site. No dewatering to offsite swale in park occuring until approval gained from Parks n Rec. Brighton RP notified to consider different options than discharging into swale. Currently the onsite dewatering mote and series of 4 settling/infiltration ponds have been constructed and are in use. The water in the 4 chamber is visibly clearer indicating treatment. No pipes or conveyance to swale has been installed and current capacity appears adequate.

No corrections at this time.

Associated CGP eNOIs have been terminated (IDR12CI63,IDR12CI88) with a new permit open for the multiple SFHs being built by CBH. These homes have seperate ESC permits that are issued.

Village Chaton Sub parking lot and sidewalk/curbing is installed. Sheet flow for entire impervious surfaces on site is directed to a central drop inlet with interceptor & frech drain. The inlet has filter bag protection and remaining capacity.

No trackout or offsite discharges to Ustick occuring. Trash is mostly contained in large dumpster with minimal windblown litter. A lined concrete washout was used but is now full and dried so need to be cleaned/removed. All permits posted with SWPPP info.

1 correction:
Conduct a general cleanup at site:
-pick up waste insulation bundles/fragments
-sweep sidewalks and areas of parking lot with loose sediment/dirt
-remove concrete washout.

Sub-contractors onsite conducting interior work on 4-plexes currently.

Verbal correction request issued to Andersen Construction RP.
